I reply myself, no managers — usually within a few hours.
Rather not answer questions? Message me on WhatsApp — I will price it thereThe most common complaint in this market. People pay half the amount upfront to someone they have met once.
The domain is registered to the contractor and nobody will hand over the admin panel. You cannot leave, even when everything is going badly.
You paid twice — for the website and for the ads. Nobody can explain which of the two is actually broken.
I say the awkward parts out loud at the start. That way you know exactly who you are dealing with, and there are no unpleasant discoveries later.
“I do not sell websites. I build them — and they keep working for years.”
Look at live projects before you read further: how they look, how they work, what they are built around. Projects for the UAE come first.
Most of these sites were built for Russian-speaking clients, so the live versions are in Russian. Full case studies in English are being added.

Prices are starting points for the scope described. The exact figure comes with the free quote, before anything is signed.
The site comes with its own admin panel. Enquiries are collected there, and texts and prices are changed right on the page. No developer and no monthly CMS fee.
Included in every website. Texts, prices, photos and enquiries — your team handles them. New sections are a small job I do for you, so the layout stays consistent.
Built on plain HTML and PHP — no CMS, no database. Any developer can pick it up — you are not locked in to me.
I design every site from scratch for the specific business. Colours, fonts, icons and graphics are chosen for your industry and for how your clients should see you. So the site does not look like its neighbours in search — and it is remembered.
The familiar blue: trust and continuity
When looking reliable matters most
Graphite and orange: the button stands out at first glance
When enquiries matter most
Pine green and gold: calm and premium
When looking more premium than competitors matters most
This is what the choice looks like: the same page in three palettes. Tap or hover over an option to compare.
The site is ready — and almost straight away the rest comes up: what your proposals and decks should look like, what goes on your social media avatar, which colours to use in a presentation.
I build the brand identity in the same logic as the site: the colours and fonts chosen for the site carry over to business cards, letterhead, presentation and profile picture. Your company looks the same everywhere.

I send the exact quote after a short brief. You can start with the logo and add the rest later.
The first step is free: site structure and a fixed quote. After that the work goes in stages with their own deadlines, written into the contract.
All ratings are five out of five. Reviews are translated from Russian.
Out of many offers I chose Vladimir, and I was right. The site is beautiful, clear and modern. Paying stage by stage was a big plus, and he answers questions instantly.
Our old site brought no enquiries. The new one is excellent — every detail thought through. Ads are set up and the site brings in leads.
At first I was wary that one person does all the work, but over time I trusted him completely. I edit the site myself from the admin panel, no programmer needed.
I manage the content myself — I figured it out the first time. Done fast and on schedule, and the design ideas were ones I would never have come up with.
I came for ad setup — the enquiries poured in. I recommend him 100%.
He met the deadlines — rare in this field, and that was exactly what I was worried about. Always reachable.
He built us a stunning online store and took every wish into account.
A strong marketer who also builds very presentable websites that clients respond to. The result beat my expectations.
You pay per approved stage. The site structure and the quote are free and come before any contract. Then 30% opens the design stage, 40% is paid during the build once you have approved the design, and the last 30% before launch, once you have accepted the finished site. No large lump sum to someone you have just met — and no unpaid work either, which protects both sides.
You do, from the first stage. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and the source code is handed over as it is finished, not at the very end. You can take the project elsewhere at any point — that is written into the contract.
The quote: one working day. Landing page: one to two weeks. Company website: two to three weeks. Real estate website or online store: three to four weeks. Each stage has its own deadline in the contract, not a vague “end of the month”.
I work remotely from Asia, on GMT+8 — four hours ahead of Dubai. Our working days overlap for most of your day, and messages you send in the evening are answered by your morning. Everything is done in writing — WhatsApp or email — so every decision stays on record.
I work through a written brief instead. It is faster for you and more precise for me: every number in the quote comes from your answers, and you can forward the whole thing to your partner or manager. If something is easier to show than to write, I record a short screen video.
Invoice + contract: a written contract with a fixed scope, price and deadlines, and an invoice for each stage in USD or AED. The exact payment details are agreed before we start, so there are no surprises for your accounts team.
By card or in USDT (crypto), in USD or AED. You get an invoice for each stage. No UAE VAT is added to the price.
For a page that simply needs to exist, they are fine — and I will tell you so. What they do not give you is a structure built around what your clients actually search for, listings or products your team manages without a subscription, and code you own. That is what you pay me for.
An agency puts an account manager, a project manager and an art director between you and the person writing the code, and you pay for all of them. Here that chain does not exist. The work is the same; the overhead is not — which is why the prices start where they do.
There is no retainer. The site is handed over with its source code and runs without subscriptions — no CMS licence, no CRM fees. By default you get your own admin panel for enquiries. The only recurring costs are the domain and hosting, both in your name.
Then we start with a free review: what exactly is failing — the structure, the speed, the copy, or simply that nobody is arriving. Sometimes a focused fix is enough and a full rebuild would waste your money. I will say so, even when it costs me the bigger project.
Answer four quick questions, then a short brief for your project — and within one working day I send you the page structure and a fixed quote. In writing, no sales call.
